AIM Inspection System

 Weather you need to visually inspect or take precision measurements AIM can integrate a quality inspection system for your use. Our systems can provide up to 12" of travel in X & Y and up to 10" in Z travel which can accommodate a wide variety of inspection or measurement applications. Perfect for manufacturing, quality control, research & development or high power microscopy.


System Options:

System Travel Manual or Motorized
Precision open frame or solid frame stages with a choice from 4x4 to 12x12 travels. Z columns are available from 6 to 10 inches of travel to accommodate a wide variety of applications. Stages and Z columns are available with coarse/fine manual drives or  motorized joystick controller.

Table Top or Workstation

Optics
Our systems are normally mounted on a granite surface plate for stability and flatness which can be set on a table top. For greater vibration stability the system can be mounted on a vibration isolation stand and configured for an ergonomic solution. The choice is yours, from Leica to Olympus to Nikon, any manufacturers optics can be mounted to the inspection system giving you the flexibility to customize your inspection system to fit your needs.
Linear Scales & DRO Automated Measurement
Linear encoders are available for X, Y or Z in resolutions as fine as 2 um, 1 um, 0.5 um, 0.25 um and 0.1 um. DRO's (Digital Read Outs) are available to make measuring easy to perform.
 For computer-based visual inspection & high accuracy measurement we offer VisionGaugeŽ. VisionGaugeŽ is a powerful and easy-to-use software product that will let you capture, manipulate, analyze, store and output images and data.
