Precision Open Frame XY Stages

 Our precision open frame XY stages are available in a variety of sizes (4", 6", 8", & 12") and configurations. Machined from aircraft grade aluminum and surface ground for parallelism and flatness. The crossed roller bearings provide rigid accuracy and assure years of service free maintenance. Anti-backlash lead screws provide for repeatable positioning and measuring applications. Our motorized  stages come standard with Nema 23 motor mounts and 9 pin limit switch connectors for clean and neat wire routing.

   Standard anti-backlash lead screws are available in different pitches:
            Note: 0.10 lead screws are standard unless specified.
            0.10    =  0.10 lead
            0.20    =  0.20 lead
            0.25    =  0.25 lead
            5mm  =  5mm lead
  Limit switches available:
            Note: normally open limit switches are standard unless specified.
            n/o    =  normally open
            n/c    =  normally closed
  Linear scale:
            Note: linear scales are an option (not standard).
            1um    =  1um RSF linear scales
            0.5um =  0.5um RSF linear scales
            0.1um =  0.1um RSF linear scales
Black anodized finish, Nema 23 motor mount, stage pre-drilled for linear scales, coupling and limit switches  supplied as standard. Motor and cables not included.

Example:   4x4-O-M-.10-n/o-1um = 4" travel open frame XY stage with .10 lead screw, normally open limit switches and 1um RSF linear scales (optional).
